We can assist you in the repair of your computer for software related issues remotely. To allow us to have access to your computer you must install LogMeIn following the following illustrations:

Passwords are all case sensitive. After installation we will be able to access your computer.

LogMeIn Installation Instructions:

Software Options: Choose the custom selection

Computer Description: Your computer name shoudl be present, You can chose a new one to help identify your machine.

Computer Access Code: Create a password so that we can access your machine.

Proxy Settings: DO NOT CHOOSE ANYTHING!!! Just select Next.

LogMeIn Account Details: Select LogMeIn Free. Use logmein@randem.com, Contact us so that we can give you a password to use to complete setup and you can give us the access code you chose to allow us access your computer.

We will then be able to access your machine to help you.
